The HRIS Advanced Compensation Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the organization?s Global Advanced Compensation process within Workday. This role serves as the technical Workday subject... matter expert for Advanced Compensation configuration, eligibility, plan design, reporting, and data integrity. This position partners closely with the HRIS Compensation team and Global Total Rewards to ensure compensation plans are accurately configured, tested, maintained, and executed across global populations.
