The Specialist will collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and technicians to quickly address and resolve problems, ensuring that the core IAM team can continue to focus on the execution of original deliverables.Key Responsibilities:?Identify, analyze, and resolve issues and blockers that arise during SDLC projects and platform implementation.?Collaborate with SMEs, technicians, and stakeholders to develop and implement effective solutions.?Maintain clear and consistent communication with the IAM team and other departments to ensure transparency and alignment.?Document and track issues, resolutions, and lessons learned to improve future processes and prevent recurrence.?Provide expert advice and support in the areas of cybersecurity, identity, and access management.?Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in cybersecurity and IAM.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
