Job Description

A client is seeking a senior-level Technical Program Manager to support onboarding and implementation of enterprise customers onto their AI-powered legal data management and orchestration platform. This individual will serve as the bridge between clients, account teams, product, engineering, and internal systems teams to ensure successful customer adoption and execution of complex technical initiatives.

As this client expands the platform adoption among large enterprise clients, they need someone who can lead customer-facing technical programs, gather requirements, manage integrations, and translate business needs into actionable items for product and engineering teams. This is not customer enablement or training. This is a true technical program role focused on making complex enterprise customer transitions successful.

Day to Day:
- Lead discovery with marquee customers to understand integration needs, custom workflows, data migration needs, reporting needs, and other non-standard asks.
- Translate customer needs into structured requirements that Product, Engineering, or Corporate Systems can act on.
- Translate internal technical constraints back to customers in a polished, credible way.
- Build and maintain transition roadmaps by account, including milestones, risks, dependencies, owners, and status.
- Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Aurora platform teams, Technical Support, and Customer Success so nothing falls through the cracks.
- Manage technical escalations during customer transitions and know when to resolve directly vs. escalate to leadership.
- Document requirements, status updates, risks, and next steps clearly.
- Identify whether a customer request is truly one-off/bespoke or something that should become a standard product capability.
