Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled AI-Enabled Full Stack Software Engineer ("Vibe Coder") to lead the design, development, and automation of business-critical systems. This role combines strong traditional software engineering expertise with the ability to leverage modern AI coding tools to accelerate software delivery, automate internal processes, and create innovative business solutions.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned engineer who uses AI as a force multiplier—not a replacement for engineering discipline. You will be responsible for building, reviewing, debugging, securing, testing, and deploying applications that support internal operations, ticketing platforms, ServiceNow integrations, network automation, digital signage systems, and other enterprise initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience
- Strong software engineering background with proven experience building production-grade applications.
- Advanced proficiency in: JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, React
- Experience designing and consuming REST APIs and enterprise integrations.
- Experience reviewing and troubleshooting complex codebases.
- Strong debugging and root-cause analysis skills.
- Demonstrated experience utilizing AI coding tools to improve engineering productivity.
- Ability to critically evaluate, review, validate, and correct AI-generated code.
- Understanding of the limitations, risks, and best practices surrounding AI-generated software.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with Spring Boot and Java-based enterprise applications.
Experience integrating with ServiceNow.
- Experience automating IT operations, ticketing systems, or network-related workflows.
- Experience developing solutions for digital signage platforms.
- Familiarity with enterprise automation and orchestration tools.
- Experience building internal productivity and workflow applications.
