This role spans multiple centers of excellence, including HR, IT, Finance, and Commercial, offering the opportunity to influence enterprise level outcomes as new software tools are deployed across the organization.Principal Duties & Responsibilities?Lead the development and execution of project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for strategic software implementations.?Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.?Chair weekly project meetings to ensure effective communication across internal teams, clients, and external vendors.?Prepare and present detailed project status updates, dashboards, and business reviews to stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization.?Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.?Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing transparent updates on progress, risks, and resolution plans.?Partner with solution architects and technical teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical execution.?Lead and motivate cross functional project teams, fostering accountability and collaboration.?Assign tasks, monitor progress, and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track.?Promote a culture of teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.?Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.?Conduct post project reviews, capture lessons learned and implement improvements for future initiatives.?Support post implementation activities, including user training, documentation, and collection of client feedback.?Manage projects across global teams, collaborating across multiple countries, cultures, time zones, and languages.?Potential initiatives include enterprise and commercial software implementations such as Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse, HRIS, ERP, WMS, and other strategic platforms.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
