Role Overview:The Salesforce Product Designer designs intuitive solutions within Salesforce Lightning for our staffing platform, supporting sales teams who partner with doctors and hospitals to fill... staffing needs. This role serves as a strategic partner to product managers and engineers, leveraging knowledge of Salesforce patterns and capabilities to solve complex workflow challenges through discovery, thoughtful questioning, and scalable design solutions. This position reports to the Director of UX Design and Research and receives guidance from a Principal Product Designer.The UX Designer handles understanding the customer's journey, showing pain points, and designing intuitive digital solutions to address them. This role works closely with the product manager, development team, and other groups to iteratively design and deliver a differentiating end-to-end user experience.
