Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Marketing Manager for our client, one of the fastest-growing astrology platforms in the world. This role begins with owning UGC and influencer marketing, and overtime, become the person responsible for building and leading our client's entire organic growth engine. In this role, you will hire a team, develop new acquisition channels, manage creators, launch campaigns, oversee content strategy, and help scale one of the biggest consumer astrology brands.

Responsibilities Include:
• Build and manage our UGC creator program.
• Recruit creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Build long-term relationships with influencers.
• Source creators that genuinely fit the brand.
• Manage campaign briefs, deliverables, contracts, and timelines.
• Identify viral creator opportunities before competitors.
• Scale influencer partnerships through data and performance.
• Continuously test new creative formats and messaging.
• Work closely with our founders on growth strategy and product launches.

Required Skills & Experience
• 2+ years of experience leading influencer, creator, or growth marketing initiatives.
• Deep expertise in UGC, social-first marketing, and viral growth.
• Experience negotiating creator partnerships.
• Experience building scalable marketing programs in a startup environment.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, automation platforms, and performance-driven marketing.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with consumer apps or subscription services
• Interest in astrology
