This individual will lead the design and delivery of... innovative cybersecurity and IT solutions across federal government programs and projects. This role requires a blend of technical leadership, solution strategy, and hands-on prototyping expertise. The ideal candidate is comfortable navigating complex stakeholder environments, translating mission requirements into compelling technical visions, and guiding cross-functional teams from concept to delivery.This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to federal customers?leading multiple teams in rapidly iterating on solution design, validating concepts through prototypes, and presenting strategic recommendations to executives and stakeholders. Success in this role requires critical thinking, technical breadth and depth, and a proven ability to overcome constraints such as budget, schedule, and available resources to deliver value-driven outcomes.Compensation: $100/hr to $108/hr.
