Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Cybersecurity/IA Analyst to support a DoD client by ensuring systems meet security requirements and stay compliant. This person will monitor and fix security issues, manage vulnerability alerts (IAVMs/STIGs), support certification and accreditation (RMF/C&A), maintain documentation, and assist with audits, incidents, and policy updates. They will also work with teams to troubleshoot issues, manage user accounts, and help improve overall security posture.

Required Skills & Experience

Active Secret clearance
Security+ certification (active on day 1)
Bachelor’s + 1-3 years of experience (or 7+ years total in lieu of degree)
Experience with RMF / cybersecurity processes
Knowledge of DoD/Air Force cybersecurity policies
Experience with Active Directory, Windows 10/11, and ServiceNow
Strong troubleshooting and customer support skills
Ability to communicate clearly and work on a team

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with STIGs and IAVM remediation
Experience with C&A / system accreditation support
Experience with SharePoint and security documentation
Familiarity with TEMPEST or classified environments
Experience supporting audits or compliance reviews
Strong Excel or reporting/metrics experience
