Collaborate with key account managers to resolve customer issues and expand existing relationships.?Sales Solutions and Market Insights: Identify sales solutions based on customer pain points and market research. Maintain close contact with stakeholders to manage key accounts and ensure alignment with customer expectations.?Operational Excellence: Evaluate operational risks affecting delivery timelines or service quality. Create Delivery Orders (DO) based on parts availability and/or allocation against customer Sales Orders.?Customer Engagement: Prepare for customer meetings, including Weekly Open Order Reports, escalating customer requests to the Demand Management team, and fulfilling weekly customer needs for parts.?Order Management: Monitor Customer Sales Orders (S/O) to reflect up-to-date parts information, as well as cancel Sales Orders based on customer requests or internal decisions.?Warehouse Coordination: Work with the Parts Warehouse to align with customer needs regarding shipment schedules, RMA processing, customer claims, and other logistics-related tasks.?Administrative Support: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and perform regular stock audits. Process and track orders to ensure they meet quality standards and delivery timelines.?Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations related to procurement and inventory management.
