The responsibilities of the job include performing a variety... of geotechnical engineering/management support and managing personnel resources through hiring, training, and development. Candidates must understand the financials of Profit and Loss to make effective changes for the B&C team (including: scopes, budgets, and schedules for task assignments). They will be conducting client management and business development activities such as building relationships and attending industry events. You will also oversee preparing and reviewing geotechnical reports for projects as per specifications.
