You will orchestrate the efforts of numerous teams across Marketing Automation Product Management, Data Science, Digital, Global Field Marketing, and Engineering to deliver a new, simplified, and scalable campaign management platform. Responsibilities -Own and drive the end-to-end delivery of the Campaign Management Overhaul program, encompassing both incremental improvements and a full redesign -Develop and manage a comprehensive project plan, defining scope, end-to-end roadmap, key deliverables, defining and managing dependencies, and timelines for a multi-year effort. -Lead a large, cross-functional team of stakeholders from Marketing Automation, Digital Platform, Data Enablement Technologies, Global Field Marketing, and more.-Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate program risks and dependencies across a number of teams. -Facilitate key technical and business decisions, such as defining the future-state response model and ensuring alignment among stakeholders and leadership. -Track the definition, execution, and delivery of business requirements and the "definition of done" by working closely with area owners and subject matter experts. -Establish and run program governance, including leading bi-weekly Steering Committee meetings and providing regular status updates to executive leadership. -Ensure clear communication and alignment across all teams and levels, from individual contributors to VPs, ensuring a shared understanding of goals and progress.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
