Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Team Lead, JDE E1 who will be responsible for leading support, enhancements, and optimization of Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne across manufacturing, procurement, and supply chain functions, while acting as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to drive system improvements, oversee team delivery, manage issue resolution, and ensure successful implementation and transition of solutions into ongoing operations.

Required Skills & Experience

- 10+ years with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE E1) in functional/BA roles
- 5+ years leading teams, including onshore/offshore resources
- Strong experience across manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, and order-to-cash modules.
- Proven ability to lead support, enhancements, configuration, and system improvements
- Experience driving business process optimization and system-led transformation
- Strong stakeholder management – acting as liaison between business and IT to deliver solutions

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience with full lifecycle implementations, acquisitions, or ERP transformations
- Background in manufacturing environments
- Exposure to multiple JDE modules (inventory, shop floor, planning, forecasting)
- Experience with process re-engineering or large-scale system improvements
