These platforms support critical operational workflows across the organization.This position will support multiple areas of the application landscape and contribute to a variety of ongoing initiatives. The role is heavily focused on hands-on development, supporting enhancements, integrations, and overall system performance within a highly customized environment. Developers operate in a ticket-based model and must be able to ramp quickly and contribute to complex systems from day one.The ideal candidate is a strong Salesforce platform developer with experience building custom applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components, along with experience supporting AWS-based integrations. Experience with Java is helpful, as Apex is conceptually similar and transferable. Healthcare experience is a plus, but technical depth and hands-on development experience are the primary priorities.Compensation: $130,000 ? $140,000 base salaryExact compensation may vary based on factors including location, skills, experience, and education. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment.
