We are looking for a Learning and Development Manager in the greater Nasvhille area. The Learning & Development Manager has ownership to design, deliver and continuously improve specific learning and... organizational development initiatives, including but not limited to, new hire training, career pathing and development, leadership development, and workforce planning, that align with our client's business strategy. Responsibilities include:? Create, manage and implement our Talent Development Strategy including designing and facilitating new hire training, leadership development, career pathing and development, workforce planning, etc., ensuring they are consistently implemented, tracked and recorded? Be a trusted partner with the operations teams, support functions and Learning departments to ensure a high standard of safety, quality, productivity and customer experience?
