Reporting to the Executive Director of IT Operations, the IT Director leads the technical team responsible for IT service delivery, ensuring excellent customer service and alignment with college-wide... policies and goals. This role supports budgeting, project management, and continuous improvement efforts.Key Responsibilities?Lead and support IT operations and service delivery across the assigned area?Act as the main point of contact between campus leadership and the Office of IT (OIT)?Provide guidance on tech services outside OIT?s scope and engage support staff when needed?Maintain a strong customer service culture?Manage hardware/software assets and change control processes?Supervise and coach IT support staff?Oversee IT budgeting and spending?Lead team projects using best practices in project management?Monitor and resolve helpdesk requests within service level agreements?Collaborate with system and network administrators to meet campus needs?Escalate issues to statewide teams when necessary?Represent IT on campus boards or committees when appropriateWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
