The IT investment portfolio ? spanning 30?40 active projects and over 200 concurrent enhancements across every business function ?... is growing in strategic complexity and organizational visibility. The IT PMO must now operate at a higher level: tighter delivery discipline, unimpeachable data quality, stronger executive presence, and a fundamentally AI-enabled operating model.The IT PMO Leader is one of the most critical roles in IT and frequently serves as the face of the IT organization to business partners, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders. This is not a role for someone who manages projects from a distance.
