As an IT Site Lead, this individual will be responsible for ensuring 100% uptime of all site-critical systems such as data and voice networks, servers and storage, manufacturing computers, and lab equipment. In addition, they will support any event failures that occur, and will be expected to oversee expediting service restoration and drive continuous improvement to eliminate risks. They will be expected to lead diverse local teams of internal employees, contractors, and key 3rd party vendors while also communicating with and presenting to upper level leadership to understand the business needs and service opportunities.
