An employer is looking for a Helpdesk Technician to sit remotely in Atlanta, GA to support of a large government healthcare contract. The candidate will be joining a team of about 40 individuals... supporting a user base of about 7,500 government employees. While onsite, they will also provide white glove support to government employees.
