One of our non-profit clients is looking for a Director of IT to support their faith-based organization.Job Description:- Oversee all IT operations infrastructure.- Develop, implement, and evaluate... the application of technology in line with the organization's strategic plan.- Liaison with other departments to determine and address their IT needs and requirements.- Manage IT staff by recruiting, training, and coaching employees, communicating job expectations, and appraising their performance.- Align and oversee department processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.- Ensure the maintenance of current projects and technology systems.- Support the use and analysis of data throughout the organization including but not limited to Mission Tracker, Abila/MIP, and ThriftTrac.- Identify security vulnerabilities, the need for upgrades and opportunities for improvement.- Prepare financial budgets and KPI?s reports assessing the overall performance of the IT department and application of technology throughout the organization in a cost-effective manner.- Conduct other tasks and projects assigned by the President.- Commitment to the mission, vision, and core values.PHYSICAL DEMANDS:In general, the following physical demands are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
