This person will be joining a line of business that is a shared service supporting multiple... groups. The candidate will be expected to establish direction and strategy for multiple complex projects and teams while ensuring alignment for internal and external leadership. This person will be expected to own the budget for the projects and be able to communicate with finance to ensure timely delivery. This role collaborates with internal and external people, as well as other Project Managers and Directors. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:You will partner with Senior Project Manager, Product and Technical leads to establish the strategy to create project milestones and schedulePrioritize and groom their team(s) backlogAttend daily stand-ups with your teamOrganize, lead daily stand-ups, grooming, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives, and other team meetings with your scrum team(s)Develop a repeatable structured approach for capturing and describing the key enterprise informationCreate work estimates, track progress, and report status in the form of burn up/down chartsUnderstand the business priorities and keep the team on track by encouraging communication and collaborationDrive execution from concept to live (estimates, tasks, change requests, bugs)Act as scrum master for a cross-functional development teamEvaluate individual performance and potential of team members, provide appropriate recognition or constructive feedbackForm close working relationships with discipline leads, provide regular coaching and mentoringManage stakeholder communication and requirementsYou will work with internal and external partners to ensure that quality, budgets, and timelines are met.You will inspire fresh thinking and new ideas to ensure the team has the best organizational structure and practices to allow them to produce high quality on time and on budget.You will help develop a team culture based on openness, trust, and collaboration.You will be responsible for coaching and career development of your reports.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
