Manage the team to meet cost, timing, manufacturing, and quality targets. Work with automotive customers (e.g., Nissan & Honda). Design, develop, and launch production experience. Use program management tools:- Create checklists to ensure the team is delivering.- Manage cost, delivery, and quality. Maintain good morale and a positive team environment. Lead without direct reports, ensuring accountability and delivery from others. Collaborate closely with the design engineering team, primarily through Teams meetings and build events. Work with the purchasing team and process engineering team in the plant, dealing with equipment and tooling. Coordinate with the quality team and gages to kick off support. Work with the supply chain management team on freight and packaging. Ensure readiness by moving from gate to gate. Conduct weekly meetings with various teams, setting up program manager meetings and cross-functional meetings to discuss timing and deliverables. Earn the respect of the team. Work remotely, being self-sufficient and experienced in working independently.
