Business Affairs is an execution-focused role responsible for day-to-day trafficking, asset delivery support, metadata hygiene, and... operational continuity across active productions. The scope centers on maintaining existing workflows, tools, and standards, while leveraging subject-matter expertise to identify practical, incremental optimizations that improve efficiency, clarity, or compliance.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in asset trafficking, DAM operations, vendor workflows, and production delivery across broadcast and digital channels, with a strong command of production-relevant metadata and rights-adjacent asset handling.This role will work within established Business Affairs and Production frameworks to support campaign delivery, stabilize asset operations, and advance in-flight initiatives related to DAM, external asset management, metadata enrichment, and AI-supported tagging.Responsibilities- Trafficking & Delivery Support? Support Business Affairs?led trafficking processes for broadcast and digital creative already in market or in active production? Coordinate with vendors and agencies on asset delivery, revisions, rotations, and version updates? Assign and track ISCI / Ad ID codes where required? Support ingestion of final approved deliverables into existing asset repositories?
