Day to Day In this role, you?ll support two cross-functional engineering teams?one focused on backend services and the other on marketing cloud?reporting to an Engineering Manager based in Mexico.... The TPM will work closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to drive Agile ceremonies, manage sprint planning, and ensure smooth collaboration across backend and marketing initiatives. While hands-on coding is not expected, technical fluency is essential to effectively communicate with engineering teams and guide project execution. You?ll also assist in evaluating business cases for expanding agency support in the U.S. over the next 3?6 months.
