You help schedule and coordinate times to migrate, install or resolve issues, ensure machines are properly updated and backed up, and assist with activation and configuration of smart mobile devices (iOS devices and some Android). You will maintain end of life hardware refresh, peripheral support, network port activation, mobile computing support, and hardware warranty repair. Perform, when necessary, Executive Home Support to resolve broadband, network, or computer related issues. Perform troubleshooting and meeting preparations for designated Executive Conference rooms ensuring that computers, presentation data and conferencing solutions are in functioning order, and special event support if needed.
