This role will support a Tier 1 automotive manufacturing client in Duncan, SC, supporting the2nd or the 3rd shift, working from either 3:30pm- 11pm, or 11pm to 7:30am. It is an hourly paid position,... but you are guaranteed 50 hours a week. There is also more overtime you can work for! You will work on programming, implementing, and troubleshooting PLCs, robots, and HMIs across the site. You will evaluate and improve manufacturing equipment and controls, perform preventive maintenance, and write machine control programs to ensure safe and efficient operation. You maintain programming standards and software, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, and verify machine functionality through testing. You integrate various control systems, manage device interfaces, and ensure machine safety.
