A client of Insight Global is seeking to add 2 HVAC Technicians to its growing team in the Kansas City, KS area! The HVAC Technicians will be diagnosing and performing service repairs on various HVAC... systems. The purpose of this position is to maintain, repair, and install Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration, also known as HVACR, equipment in all company facilities. How you will do it:- Maintains HVACR equipment and controls on all company facilities.- Tests, repairs and replaces associated equipment such as such as boilers, chillers, air handling units, pneumatic control systems, electronic control systems, cooling towers, motor starters, pump motors, etc.- Repairs and maintains chemical feed systems necessary to maintain cooling tower and boiler water quality.- Performs vibration monitoring and dynamic balancing on cooling fans and blowers.- Performs preventive maintenance to all HVACR equipment including inspections, adjustments, cleaning, and calibrations to ensure proper operation of equipment.- Maintains an inventory of equipment and materials on trucks by periodic checking and restocking.- Works with outside contractors as needed.- Performs all duties pertaining to hazardous waste operations in accordance with all applicable requirements.- Performs other job duties as assigned.We are a company committed to creating inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
