Production supervisor in general assembly. They will be managing a group of represented hourly employees in the day-to-day operation of vehicle manufacturing. Successful candidate must perform... functions as it relates to safety, people, quality, responsiveness and environmental. These duties include, but not limited to: Ensuring quality vehicles are built within the department and non-conformance is followed up on. Employees time is completed daily for payroll*Throughput efficiencies and measured and improved upon daily. Manage cost through scrap reduction initiatives Problem solving of issues within the department.
