Insight Global is looking for an his embedded software engineer will be joining a team for innovative AR/VR technologies and consumer electronics. They will be working on Linux android systems, and... making reference platforms and reference designs. They will also be integrating various peripherals and integrated new technologies in the hardware design. This person will need experience will low level firmware design and be someone who can integrate new hardware peripherals into operating systems. This person will be building an android build support system and modify it to integrate new features and capabilities on the prototyping level. This will not be at production level. This will also be at the driver development level and not include any system optimization. This team is looking for a generalist, someone who can understand all areas to modify, rather than an expert in one particular feature of embedded development.
