This person will be sitting on the machinery engineering team.They will... More be responsible for receiving drawings that are assigned to them to do updates based on what the navy wants to incorporate/change and in accordance with design development guidelines. These drawings can be legitimate drawings of the ship where they will figure our how to remove large machinery from the vessel. They can also be on pdf/excel form where they will work on tables and lists of machinery that needs work done. They will be going through a VFI (Vendor furnished information) list and seeing which pieces of equipment need lubrication like oil and updating that on the list. Additionally they will look at tech or operational manuals. They will be taking information from vendors and putting it on a spread sheet or creating tables in AutoCAD. They will Oversee the progress within a drawing. They will participate in internal and external meetings with the navy.
