Insight Global's client in the Data Center industry is seeking a Financial Coordinator to assist with a combination of administrative and financial analysis support. Specific activities will... include:-Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable, including, issuing Purchase Orders, payment of expenses and preparation of all related documentation.-Preparation of requests for proposal and service agreements-Keep all Site Allocated Projects (SAP) documentation organized and accessible on SharePoint-Monitor all SAP emails and track thru completion-Meet in a regular cadence with Project Managers to confirm projects are being tracked accurately-Act as administrator for operations portals, assisting in administrative asks by the Project Managers-Provide training and keystroke materials to Project Managers annually and upon request.-Work with accounting to confirm Property List for SAP work is accurate before budgets open.-Confirm allocations for unbudgeted projects and other projects with allocations not included in initial budget throughout the year.-Export final Project Manager?s budgets and provide to Finance for upload.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
