The Receptionist is responsible for supporting the day-to-day coordination and activities related to receiving, logging and distributing mail, parcels and packages. The role will greet and register... visitors, assist with ordering and tracking new employee swag, office supplies, snack/coffee and janitorial supplies. The Receptionist will report directly to the respective site Facilities Manager. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
