Experienced Tax Associate

Since its inception in the Summer of 2022, the firm has increased revenue by 30% and added 20 high-level and experienced staff. The firm integrates a multi-family feel into a CPA firm by serving as our client's first point advisors when it comes to client's tax, investment, and business management needs.We are looking for smart, personable, and hard-working individuals that want to further their career in tax while also gaining exposure to the venture capital, strategy, and detailed business dealings of a variety of industries. This is an opportunity to learn areas that traditional CPA firms cannot offer. Candidates will work closely in all aspects with their clients with the intention that they gain a well-rounded expertise in preparing returns and eventually consulting for a variety of different clients.Responsibilities include:- Associate will report directly to the manager and signer on the account.- Associate will be responsible for the preparation of tax returns, planning/projections, and the completion of applicable transactions.- Associate will be responsible for organizing and completing client engagement files.- Associate will help prepare extensions and estimates for clients.- Associate will be included on day-to-day client correspondences and will be active in maintaining client accounts and fulfilling client requests.- Associate will be on most client meetings taking notes and creating action items to follow through on.Additional information:Our client has done away with the traditional billable hour goals. Associates/seniors/managers on the team will be involved in a dollar amount book of business that determines quarterly bonuses. You pick your workload. The bonus structure has very high potential for those wanting to work and learn more. Implementation Specialist

As a part of our clients digital transformation journey, they are moving from a legacy system (Dossier) for Enterprise Asset Management to an Oracle hosted EAM platform. Truck technicians use this... Our client is looking for assistance in deploying this new technology to their fleet technicians. Deployments will be based on geographical area, specifically, there are 10 pre-determined zones. They will be deploying in one zone at a time. At the start of the month they will begin deployment, and it is expected that the area is fully integrated with the new system by the end of the month. There will be aptitude tests to gauge learning, and once the location is moved to this platform, they will no longer have access to the legacy system. The biggest change will be that tracking/entry was manual before, and now it will be done digitally. Training will be the same for technicians regardless of service type (landfill, special waste, etc. will all be trained together). We are looking to hire 33 Implementation Specialists over the course of this program to ensure each zone is on track to complete the technology implementation as planned.
