A Fortune 500 aerospace and aviation client is looking for an Executive Desktop Support Engineer to join their team in supporting their Executive Leadership Team. In this role, you will be the... primary technical support contact for roughly 40 leadership team members (C-suite, Presidents, and their Executive Administrator Assistants) in addition to secondary technical support contact for VPs and special assignments as needed. You help schedule and coordinate times to migrate, install or resolve issues, ensure machines are properly updated and backed up, and assist with activation and configuration of smart mobile devices (iOS devices and some Android). You will maintain end of life hardware refresh, peripheral support, network port activation, mobile computing support, and hardware warranty repair. Perform, when necessary, Executive Home Support to resolve broadband, network, or computer related issues. Perform troubleshooting and meeting preparations for designated Executive Conference rooms ensuring that computers, presentation data and conferencing solutions are in functioning order, and special event support if needed.
