Our client is is hiring an Office Support / Administrative Assistant based in Chantilly, VA. This position requires someone who works well with multiple deadline driven responsibilities, ability to... multitask and communicate effectively on workload and changing priorities. Areas of responsibility include but are not limited to Collecting and analyzing data using Microsoft Excel and Google Suite Researching and compiling data Material Inventory Reconciliation (Weekly/Monthly tracking) Purchase Orders & Accounts Payable. Taking calls from all field employees requesting to purchase goods and services. Issuance of Purchase Orders, verifying delivery or receipt of product/service, reconciling statements/invoices for payment authorization and accurate job costing, researching and setting up vendors locally and out of state for goods and services.
