Financial Management:-Review incoming work orders and approve/pay invoices (typically first thing each morning). -Report monthly on each association's financials, CD renewals, and bids gathered for projects like asphalt, roofing, or gutter work; help boards understand their financial position. -Prepare budgets/projections and communicate board directives to the accounting department. Facilities Management:-Oversee association grounds and buildings; arrange maintenance, repairs, and replacement of common elements. -Identify qualified contractors, negotiate contracts, and oversee vendor activity; gather and present bids and proposals. -Respond to emergencies promptly (e.g., water leaks) and handle homeowner complaints (irrigation, snow removal, etc.)Logistics & Environment:-Office based in Eden Prairie. First 90 days are in-office Monday?Thursday (Wednesdays always in-office thereafter), with added hybrid flexibility after 90 days. -Salaried position with untraditional hours required (evening board meetings, etc)-Strong autonomy and schedule flexibility ? managers own their own calendars.
