Possess an understanding and working knowledge of the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Export Administration Regulations (EAR) including anti-boycott regulations, sanctions administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), Customs Regulations (CR), and the Foreign Trade Regulations (FTR) ? Ensure that licensing and classification needs are anticipated at the earliest practical stage to prevent undue delay and business impact (in cooperation with the PE Manager and other organizational leadership) ? Provide oversight of the export compliance relationship with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other third parties representing Company export and import interests ? Proactively manage trade compliance risks to the Company to prevent violations, while maintaining the highest ethical standards, regardless of internal or external pressures ? Create customized training materials and conduct regular trade compliance training for all Company departments involved in trade compliance ? Create, maintain, and implement technology control plans including coverage for visitors, contractors, suppliers, and company travel ? Perform internal audits and support Division level audits and external audits ? Adhere to all Company policies and procedures, including the Senior plc Code of Conduct ?
