Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a TS/SCI cleared Logistics Specialist supporting a federal client in San Antonio, TX. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Develop, maintain, and execute the Life Cycle Management Plan (LCMP) and Life Cycle Sustainment Plan (LCSP) for COMSEC systems.
- Plan and coordinate Integrated Product Support (IPS) activities, ensuring sustainment requirements are incorporated throughout the program lifecycle.
- Collaborate with engineering, cybersecurity, contracting, and program management teams to support fielding, modernization, maintenance, and replacement efforts.
- Analyze logistics, provisioning, inventory, and supply chain data to identify risks and improve system availability and operational readiness.
- Support acquisition milestones, technical reviews, logistics documentation, and sustainment planning activities in accordance with DoD and Air Force guidance.
- Manage logistics risks including obsolescence, repair strategy, provisioning, and long-term product support planning.

Required Skills & Experience
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- 5+ years of logistics, sustainment, or product support experience supporting DoD acquisition programs.
- Experience developing or managing Life Cycle Management Plans, Life Cycle Sustainment Plans, or related logistics planning documentation.
- Knowledge of Integrated Product Support (IPS), lifecycle logistics, and DoD acquisition processes.
- Strong ability to coordinate across government, contractor, and engineering stakeholders
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience supporting COMSEC, cryptographic, communications, or cyber systems programs.
- DAWIA/Back-to-Basics Life Cycle Logistics certification.
- Experience supporting Air Force or AFLCMC program offices.
