The TPM will be responsible for driving implementation across the end-to-end pipeline from 3D models to drawings to site construction, ensuring established processes are followed and continuously improved. They will partner closely with a globally distributed modeling organization (approximately nine modeling experts embedded across regions), product teams, technical leads, and cross-functional workforces to manage scope, schedules, workload prioritization, and issue resolution. A core part of the role is acting as the liaison between automated bug/issue tracking, cross-functional teams, and product stakeholders, ensuring problems are triaged, communicated, and resolved efficiently. The majority of execution will be US-based initially, with increasing ownership of EMEA and APAC coordination over time, including participation in at least one weekly APAC-time meeting.
