Job Description

The HR Program Manager will lead the functional end-to-end delivery of a global Workday HCM implementation, serving as the primary point of accountability for program execution, governance, and adoption. This role operates at the intersection of strategy and delivery, translating business objectives into scalable Workday solutions while maintaining momentum, stakeholder alignment, and delivery integrity. This person partners closely with HR, HRIT, IT, Finance, Payroll, system integrators, and executive leadership to ensure a successful implementation across all Workday HCM modules.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of experience in HRIS, HR technology, or HR transformation programs
5+ years leading large-scale Workday HCM implementations
Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional programs with multiple workstreams
Hands-on leadership across full end-to-end implementations, including post–go-live support
Experience supporting large, complex employee populations and highly matrixed environments
Deep knowledge of Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Talent, Recruiting, and Learning
Strong understanding of HR operating models, shared services, and global compliance considerations
Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive timely decision-making
