They have stared a Foundation to provide financial support to the communities to help with areas such as maternal health, mental health, scholarships, free health services/screenings, etc. The consultant will need to determine where we are today and where we need to be. They will need to figure out the right questions to ask to respective application owners to define the intake process. The role will encompass two main functions: 1st to build out intake process for Ping which will require an understanding of various types of SSO/MFA so they can advise on the appropriate internal workflows that need to occur and then document this all out. They will be hands on creating process flows in Viso or related tools and leveraging things like Sharepoint Form, Teams or Excel ; 2nd will be to triage items that come into team\u0027s Ping queue. They will not be hands-on troubleshooting Pign themselves but rather helping to determine the criticality of the ticket and helping with prioritization. For example, it could be a simple question and they can respond to take off the request from the queue, but sometimes it\u0027s more difficult and they will need to determine priority. If there is a critical event happening they will need to escalate accordingly. This resource must have excellent communication and ability to interface with customers directly to solve issues and manage customer expectations. A large healthcare company is seeking an experienced Ping Process Consultant to join its enterprise security team responsible for establishing the process/workflow documentation to set up new... customers in Ping. The role will encompass two main functions: 1st to build out intake process for Ping which will require an understanding of various types of SSO/MFA so they can advise on the appropriate internal workflows that need to occur and then document this all out. They will be hands on creating process flows in Viso or related tools and leveraging things like Sharepoint Form, Teams or Excel ; 2nd will be to triage items that come into team's Ping queue. They will not be hands-on troubleshooting Pign themselves but rather helping to determine the criticality of the ticket and helping with prioritization. For example, it could be a simple question and they can respond to take off the request from the queue, but sometimes it's more difficult and they will need to determine priority. If there is a critical event happening they will need to escalate accordingly. This resource must have excellent communication and ability to interface with customers directly to solve issues and manage customer expectations.
