Post Discharge: This program makes phone outreaches to Medicare members who are discharged from the Emergency Department/Emergency Room (ED/ER). The Care Team will make outreaches to these members and offer a no-cost telephonic consultation with a Call Center Representative. Our client is currently deploying an Azure landing zone. They need an Azure SME when it comes to Enterprise cloud infrastructure and DevOps. You would be joining an integrated cohesive team of 6 to... help formalize standards, implement cloud excellence, policy and governance, and design their Azure Cloud Infrastructure environment. You?ll help shape the foundation of cloud infrastructure for a major healthcare initiative. This is an opportunity to build from the ground up- designing policy, frameworks, and deployment strategies that will define how Azure is used across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Architecture & Design- Architect scalable, secure, and resilient cloud solutions on Azure, leveraging native services such as AKS, App Services, Storage, Networking, and Security. Define and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Ansible, ensuring repeatable and auditable deployments. Lead container orchestration strategies using Docker and Kubernetes, including Helm charts and service mesh integrations. Lead hybrid infrastructure integrations, including Azure Arc, ExpressRoute, and VPN technologies, to extend on-premises and multi-cloud environments into Azure with unified identity and policy management. DevOps & Automation- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Harness. Automate deployment workflows, rollback strategies, and configuration management. Implement GitOps workflows and progressive delivery patterns. Security & Governance- Enforce zero-trust security frameworks, RBAC, JIT, and MFA protocols. Use Azure Policy and compliance-as-code practices to ensure governance across subscriptions.
