A large Hospital in the southern California area is looking for an Accounting manager to join their team. The Accounting Manager ? Grants, Government Contracts & Compliance serves as a subject-matter... expert (SME) for grant and government contract accounting within the children?s hospital. This role is highly hands-on and oversees accounting, compliance, and reporting for federal, state, county, and philanthropic funding sources. The manager leads a small but experienced accounting team and is deeply involved in day-to-day technical work, staff development, and regulatory compliance.
