Insight Global is hiring 12+ REMOTE recruiters for a big 4 firm we are working with to provide top talent. This big 4 firm the recruiter will support is undergoing a major transformation driven by AI... and automation. This team is scaling quickly, with over 100 new requisitions recently approved, and needs experienced recruiters who can operate in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.This role offers exposure to strategy consulting, AI/technical hiring, and financial services recruiting, depending on alignment.We are seeking Recruiters will core skills in one the following areas :1. Strategy / Deals Recruiting ? consulting and strategy talent2. Technical Recruiting (CDA / CXX) ? AI, GenAI, Python, and engineering3.
