While keeping an eye out for the advancements in the automation and augmentation technologies, this role will continue to support and evolve our existing Robotics Process Automation (RPA) platforms from a compliance, capacity, and performance perspectiveExamples:Strategic Vision and Leadership: Set the vision and strategy for the enterprise automation (including Robotics Process Automation) within the Pharmacy Services organization. Represent the Enterprise Automation organization at a strategic level, reporting on progress, capabilities, etc. to ensure adherence to goals. Incubation Program Leadership: Actively drive the end-to-end incubation process to drive hyper-automation, from idea generation and validation to prototype development and market launch. The goal is to drive the Automation and Augmentation initiatives of the Pharmacy Services organization.
