This position reports to the Human Resources Director.Responsibilities:?Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, and work assessments.?Ensure operational excellence in benefits administration, and HRIS management by maintaining accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.?Lead end-to-end payroll processing with exceptional accuracy and efficiency, demonstrating advanced proficiency in payroll and timekeeping systems.?Administer and manage employee leave programs, including FMLA, ADA accommodations, state-specific leave, and company-sponsored leave policies. Ensure accurate tracking, documentation, and coordination with payroll and our TPA.?Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified salaried job applicants for open positions; collaborates with department managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.?Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications.?Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.?Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to hourly compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; and training and development.?Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, associates, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.?Attends and participates in associates disciplinary meetings, investigations, and terminations.?Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.?Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.?Manages social media and corporate communications.?Performs other duties as assigned.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
