Insight Global is seeking a Product Manager to support a large telecom provider. This is an operations-driven product team focused on improving internal processes, tools, and workflows across the... organization. This role partners closely with Engineering/IT, Finance, the Network Operations Center, and other business stakeholders to identify pain points and define improvement opportunities. This person will participate in workshops, requirements sessions, and stand-ups to ensure alignment on goals, priorities, and delivery timelines. Responsibilities include translating business needs into clear requirements, user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria. The role also supports project execution by tracking milestones, risks, and dependencies while following up with owners to keep initiatives moving forward. Additionally, the Product Manager supports user acceptance testing by developing use cases, coordinating test cycles, documenting results, and ensuring issues are resolved prior to go-live.This position is slated for a 6 month contract with likely extensions.
