This individual will be responsible for the following priorities:?Responsible for... understanding daily production requirements to be able to support the production demand. ?Coordination and planning of job and task assignments for the technicians on their shift.?Assist with ensuring maximum efficiency and minimal downtime of production; support machinery and systems.?Effectively provide either one-on-one instructions to team members or in a small group setting.?Work with minimal supervision and multi-task effectively / efficiently?Accurate documentation of daily work using TMS (or similar systems) to ensure maintenance KPI?s (key process indicators) and machine history is relevant for future reference.?Follow 5S standards and maintain professional work environment?Ability to identify and ensure technicians have the tools, parts and supplies necessary to complete assigned tasks (PMs, projects, corrective maintenance tasks)?Proficient computer skills (i.e., accurate record keeping, document data searches, research, etc.)?Assist in identifying skill gaps in technicians and delivery/coordination of hands-on training to improve those skill gaps ?Assist in review of machine PM?s and determine if any updates are needed including intervals of PMsThis position is an excellent opportunity to get a foot in the door and offers A TON of opportunity for growth/upward mobility.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
