As the VP of Corporate Tax, youll oversee all aspects of corporate tax strategy, compliance, and planningincluding federal and multi-state income tax, ASC 740 provisions, and M&A due diligence. Youll... mentor and develop a small but capable team, helping them grow into high-performing leaders. Collaboration is key: youll work closely with Finance, IT, Treasury, and Operations, and present regularly to executive leadership (and occasionally the Board). A major focus will be driving innovation across the tax function, including modernizing systems, enhancing processes, and implementing strategic technology solutions like a new provision platform.
