Insight Global is seeking a Senior / Staff Network Automation Engineer to join a Network Engineering Core team focused on building scalable automation systems and tooling for deploying and operating... network infrastructure at scale. This role will own automation across network data modeling, cutsheet generation, configuration automation, and device validation.This position is central to enabling repeatable, fully automated datacenter deployments driven by a single source of truth. You?ll partner closely with cross-functional teams to mature network models within DCIM tooling, build intent-based cutsheet automation, develop configuration generation pipelines, and create validation tooling to ensure network infrastructure is production-ready before customer workloads go live.Responsibilities?Build production grade network automation platforms ?Design and maintain network data models in DCIM/IPAM (e.g., NetBox) as the source of truth?Automate cutsheets and deployment artifacts (cable matrices, port mappings, rack elevations)?Develop config generation pipelines from templates and network models?Build device validation and health check tooling across the deployment lifecycle?Implement end to end Zero Touch Provisioning (ZTP)?Partner with infrastructure and deployment teams to remove manual processesWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
