Job Description

About this role:
(This is a confidential search - do not reference client name until NDA is signed). The Director of Enterprise Solutions will lead a high-performing team focused on driving growth across strategic enterprise accounts. This role requires a visionary leader with deep expertise in complex sales cycles, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence senior-level decision makers. The Director will design and execute strategies that expand market share, strengthen customer relationships, and deliver our clients full portfolio of solutions across multiple business lines. This position can sit remotely but requires 30-50% travel. The target compensation is $240K-280K + 25% bonus + potential LTIPs.

Key Responsibilities
• Own strategies and plans to expand the strategic accounts customer base and increase sales volume. Ensure comprehensive Account Plans are developed and leveraged for all customers.
• Expand share of wallet in existing accounts by promoting our clients full portfolio—equipment, controls, and service.
• Disseminate our clients strategic initiatives and key messages to internal teams and customers.
• Ensure the strategic account team meets or exceeds revenue and customer acquisition goals.
• Build and sustain senior-level customer relationships to support account strategies.
• Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a geographically dispersed strategic account sales organization.
• Partner with business leaders and local execution teams to ensure seamless project delivery using standardized processes and metrics.
• Conduct regular business reviews with internal stakeholders focused on performance, key accounts, and vertical applications.
• Define and execute sales strategies aligned with organizational goals and market dynamics.
• Establish KPIs, track pipeline health, and ensure accurate forecasting through CRM systems (Salesforce).
• Monitor industry developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify growth opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree
8+ years of progressive sales experience managing enterprise/strategic accountsd within compelx, multi-solution portfolios
5 + years in a leadership role (must have experience leading Sales Managers, this position is for a leader of leaders. They must have experience leading management)
Must come from a similar/adjacent industry (HVAC, Climate Solutions, Energy, etc.)
